4 cloves of Garlic – 2 minced, 2 whole
1 small onion minced
2 Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 28oz. can San Marzano Tomatoes (usually come as whole tomatoes)
1 28oz. can Fire Roasted Tomatoes (any cut is fine I used diced)
3/4 cup packed fresh basil
1 Cup Dry Sherry
1 cup heavy whipping cream
